EFT
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a rapid-change tool we’ll use to permanently eliminate interference from unwanted emotions and limiting beliefs. It is a simple, fast and effective technique — a kind of psychological acupressure. You tap with your fingertips on specific points on your face and upper body while we tune into your issue with specific language. For more information about EFT, see What Is EFT?.

Speak Up And Shine Package
This series of four (4) sessions is designed to give you confidence speaking in any setting. We’ll be drawing from my Speak Up System to move you forward. And we’ll use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to clear obstacles we encounter in the process.
Your four sessions will be scheduled within a 30-day period to maximize your momentum for moving forward. We’ll begin with one 90-minute session, followed by three additional 60-minute sessions. You’ll be doing action-oriented homework assignments between our calls. And of course, you’ll receive MP3 recordings of all sessions.
This package works well for clients who want freedom in any setting to speak with confidence — from small groups to onstage to on camera. We’ll address your core challenges and move on to specifics for different settings.

Speak Up Laser Session
This 90-minute session is a laser session, designed to focus on one specific speaking goal or problem area where you need the most support.
This session works well for clients who are clear, have a specific speaking goal they want to accomplish, but need help to clear obstaclesstanding in their way. It also works well for clients who are feeling overwhelmed by one particular speaking challenge and aren’t sure how to move forward.
To determine the focus of the call, you will be asked to complete a session prep form that gives a brief glimpse into your challenge. Your answers will help us to make the most of our time together and show where we will focus our attention during the call.
